He says,
I have always had an appreciation for beauty in many forms and have been able to manifest that through my children and relationships, Rolfing practice, poetry, and music DJing.
Through all of that I had the sense that if I were ever to get really deeply involved in art it would be in the visual arts. I tried but wasn’t able to manifest a vision that satisfied me until the development of computers (Mac) and image manipulating software (PhotoShop).
My goal has been to try and capture some of the natural fractal geometries of nature and add a bit of the visions attained in mystical altered states of consciousness. I feel satisfied at how that is coming a long so far.
